The Las Vegas Raiders didn’t look great against the Los Angeles Chargers last night but all anybody is talking about is seeing FOX NFL broadcaster and Raiders minority owner Tom Brady in the Raiders’ coaching booth right next to Offensive Coordinator Chip Kelly. The NFL sent out a press release clearing Brady of any wrongdoing but in doing so, they just confirmed there is a real issue that warrants concern.
Doug Gottlieb: “The NFL wouldn’t release the statement unless they had calls from probably 31 teams yesterday. Like, ‘Are you kidding me? This guy is the lead broadcaster on FOX, and he’s got a headset on in the coaches’ box during a Monday Night Football game. Are you kidding me?’ And there’s a word that’s missing from ‘Are you kidding me?’”
